Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
2 large eggs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
fat or oil (for frying)
Preparation

Remove all cartilage from crabmeat.
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, eggs, mayonnaise and seasonings.
Add crabmeat and mix gently but thoroughly.
Shape into 6 cakes.
Fry in hot fat (350\u00b0) until browned or pan-fry in little butter or oil until browned on both sides.
