Baked Pita Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. dried basil, crumbled
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. small pita bread
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine olive oil, garlic, mustard, lemon juice and basil in a small bowl.
    Split the pitas in half horizontally.
    Using a pastry brush, dampened with water, brush the cut sides of each piece of pita with the oil mixture.
