Ingredients

1/2 loaf sourdough French bread
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
1/4 c. freshly grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat broiler.
Slice French bread.
Blend remaining ingredients and spread evenly over bread slices.
Broil until golden and bubbly.
