Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (9-inch) double crust pastry
Preparation
    Mix juice and cornstarch in a pan; cook over medium heat until clear.
    Add sugar and butter.
    Stir until melted.
    Add pineapple. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Top with lattice crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
