Gyoza(Japan) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. raw ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped cabbage
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder or 2 cloves
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. ginger
    2 eggs
    1 pkg. small won tons
    soy sauce
    hot mustard
    oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put small amount (full teaspoon) on won ton.
    Water edges and pinch together.
    Fry until golden brown in oil.
    Dip in soy sauce or mustard mix.
    Very good.
