Crispy Herb Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. potato flakes
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3/4 to 1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) cut up frying chicken, skinned
    1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease or line with foil 15 x 1-inch pan or 13 x 9-inch pan.
    In medium bowl, combine potato flakes, Parmesan cheese and garlic salt; stir until well mixed.
    Dip chicken pieces into margarine.
    Roll in potato flakes mixture to coat.
    Place in pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is tender and golden brown.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
