Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (3/4 oz.) pkg. brown gravy mix
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Shape ground beef into 4 patties.
    Place in skillet.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook until about 3/4 done.
    Drain on paper towel really well.
    Place patties in baking dish. Combine brown gravy mix, water, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and onion.
    Pour over patties.
    Cover with foil and bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes.
    Turn oven off.
    Uncover and leave in oven for an additional 5 minutes.
