Snowball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 angel food cake, torn into pieces
    2 pkg. plain gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    1 c. sugar
    juice of 3 lemons
    2 pt. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Line mixing bowl with waxed paper or plastic wrap.
    Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
    Mix together boiling water, orange juice, sugar and lemon juice and heat over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
    Add gelatin and stir until dissolved.
    Cool in refrigerator until consistency of egg whites.
    Fold in 1 pint Cool Whip. Layer cake pieces and gelatin mixture in lined bowl.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Unmold onto plate. Remove wrap and ice with remaining 1 pint Cool Whip.
