Supreme Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large potatoes
    1/2 lb. American cheese, cut fine
    1 small can pimentos, cut fine
    1 large onion, cut fine
    1 green pepper, cut fine
    parsley, cut fine
    2 slices bread, diced
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. cornflakes
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with peeling, then peel and dice after cooling. Add rest of ingredients; top with corn flakes.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
