Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 8 slices bread
    1 lb. sausage
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped
    6 oz. grated cheese (for 4 slices bread)
    1 egg (for each slice bread used)
    1 c. milk (for 4 slices bread)
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Spray casserole dish with Pam.
    Trim crust from as many slices of bread as will fit in bottom of dish.
    Saute the sausage; crumble and drain well.
    Put sausage on top of bread.
    Saute green pepper and onion; drain well and spoon over sausage.
    Layer cheese over vegetables.
    Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper; pour over cheese.
    Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
    May leave in refrigerator overnight before baking or may freeze now.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
