Hot Crab Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 bunch green onions
    1/2 bunch parsley
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 pt. cream or canned milk
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sherry
    salt and pepper to taste
    red pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt the butter and saute the green onions and parsley.
    Blend in flour slowly and smooth out with 1 pint of cream (or canned milk).
    Add Swiss cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
    Gently put in 1 pound crabmeat and salt and peppers to taste.
    Add sherry and simmer 7 to 10 minutes.
