Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. milk
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour (plain)
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Measure milk in a saucepan (set aside). Separate egg yolks from whites (set whites aside). Beat yolks. Combine flour, cocoa and sugar; mix well. Heat milk over medium heat until warm; add yolks. Then add cocoa mixture. Cook until this thickens. Remove from stove. Add vanilla and butter. Pour into pie shell. Top with meringue of your choice.
