Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. chopped onions
    1 lb. sliced steak
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (1 lb.) can mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onions and steak in shortening; add flour until smooth. Add tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce.
    Simmer for 1 1/2 hours; add mushrooms and sour cream.
    Heat until hot.
    Serve over noodles.
