Enchilados - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. chili mix
    1/2 c. water
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    12 tortillas
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese and tortillas.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Place meat and cheese in tortillas and roll tight.
    Place in baking dish.
    Cover with remaining sauce.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Makes 6 servings.
