Casserole Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lean pork chops
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 large green pepper, sliced in rings
    1 large tomato, sliced
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Place rice in casserole or covered dish.
    Arrange chops on top of rice.
    Season chops with salt and pepper.
    Place a slice of onion, tomato and green pepper on each chop.
    Pour boiling water to moisten rice.
    Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
