Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust shell (in pie pan or quiche pan)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. flaked crabmeat
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese, grated or diced
    1/4 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk.
    Mix until well blended.
    Add crabmeat to mixture.
    Add grated cheese and onion. Blend thoroughly.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
