Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    2 pie crusts, unbaked
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add buttermilk, eggs, flavoring and coconut.
    Mix well.
    Pour in pie crusts and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
