Angel Lemon Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks
1 1/2 lemons
baked pie crust
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 level tsp. flour
Preparation

Mix together in a double boiler. Cook until thick. Cool. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add 1/2 cup sugar and fold into first mixture. Pour into baked crust. Put in oven until brown at 350\u00b0.
