Bayou Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. scallops
1/2 lb. butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1/2 Tbsp. basil
1/2 Tbsp. rosemary
1/2 Tbsp. paprika
1/2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in a saucepan.
Add remaining ingredients, except scallops.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add scallops and saute until all are fully cooked, but not overcooked. Makes 20 servings.
