Sauerkraut Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cubed pork meat
    1 medium onion
    2 diced celery stalks
    1 drained, rinsed 16 oz. can sauerkraut
    8 to 10 oz. drained, cooked noodles
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet; add onion and celery.
    Cook until onion is transparent.
    Stir in kraut, noodles, soup and mushrooms; season with salt and pepper.
    Spoon into 2-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Meat will be tender.
    Different and good.
