Ruth'S Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked rice (Uncle Ben's converted rice)
sugar to taste, approximately 1 1/2 to 2 c.
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
1 egg, beaten
1 pt. half and half
milk
Preparation

Mix rice well with sugar.
Add pineapple, egg and half and half.
Put in lightly greased baking dish.
Add milk until soupy. Stir well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 45 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
