Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. water
3 c. white beans, cooked
2 stalks celery, cut up
2 large carrots, grated
2 potatoes, diced
1/4 c. parsley
1/4 c. butter
1 onion, diced
1 tsp. garlic
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 qt. Italian tomatoes
salt and pepper
1 tsp. oregano
2 cubes chicken bouillon
Preparation

Cook, stirring occasionally.
After it boils, reduce heat to low.
Top with cheese when served.
Add chicken or beef if desired.
