Yeast Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 to 4 c. flour (will vary on amount needed)
1 c. water
Preparation

Put yeast, sugar and salt in mixing bowl.
Dissolve with 1 cup hot water (about coffee drinking temperature).
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Add oil and mix in flour 1/2 cup at a time, mixing it well.
Knead dough until it is smooth.
Put in clean bowl, cover with towel and let it rise until it is double the size it first was. Knead it some more and shape into loaves.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 5 minutes, then cut back heat to 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
