Italian Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/8 c. orange juice
    1/4 lb. butter
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla, almond or lemon extract (flavoring optional to taste)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients and set aside.
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, juice and flavoring.
    Add mixed dry ingredients.
    Chill for about 1 hour.
    Roll into 6-inch to 8-inch lengths about 2-inches thick.
    Bake on greased and floured cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Slice on an angle about 1-inch wide.
    (You may retoast after cutting if you like them hard.)
