Barbecued Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. rosemary, thyme, oregano or any combination of them
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Mash garlic; mix all ingredients.
    Add to following: Debone leg of lamb.
    Take out all fat which will separate meat into many smaller pieces.
    Marinate in Tupperware type product from 24 hours to several days.
    Grill pieces on gas grill.
