Grilled Fish Oriental - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 lb. fillets (snapper, mahimahi or ahi)
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 1/2 Tbsp. minced ginger root or 2 Tbsp. powdered
1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. shoyu
1 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation

Combine pressed garlic, ginger, oil, rice vinegar and shoyu in a small bowl.
Place fish in a nonreactive container.
Pour sauce over.
Let fish stand for 20 minutes.
Grill or broil fish, basting frequently.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seed.
