Baked Family Style Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 to 2 cloves garlic
3/4 to 1 c. spaghetti sauce
3/4 to 1 c. canned beef gravy
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. Parmesan, grated
1 tsp. dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1 box penne pasta
1 c. Mozzarella, grated
Preparation

In frying pan brown the beef, oil and garlic.
Saute until meat is cooked.
Drain.
Add the spaghetti sauce, gravy, Parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper.
Simmer the mixture while you cook the pasta in 4 quarts of boiling water until barely tender.
Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce.
Pour into a large baking dish and top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes until bubbly.
Yields 6 servings.
