Peggy'S Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, boned and halved
8 strips bacon
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
chipped beef to cover bottom of cooking dish
Preparation

Wrap 1 strip of bacon around rolled half of chicken breast. Put 8 pieces of breast in casserole which has been covered with one layer of chipped beef.
Mix sour cream and soup.
Pour over chicken.
Do not add salt as bacon and chipped beef supply enough. Cook uncovered 3 hours in 300\u00b0 oven.
Bacon and chipped beef will be almost absorbed, chicken will be juicy inside.
Can leave in oven 1 hour after heat is turned off, so it is great for company.
