Caesar Pasta Salad(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. DaVinci's fusilli
    1 c. broccoli flowerets, blanched
    1 c. cauliflower flowerets, blanched
    1/2 c. diced cucumber (1/2-inch)
    1/2 c. diced red bell pepper (1/2-inch)
    1 c. (8 oz.) Caesar salad dressing
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    6 each cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/2 lemon, juiced
    fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and cool. Add broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber and red pepper.
    Toss salad with Caesar salad dressing and Parmesan cheese.
    Chill.
    To serve, squeeze lemon juice over salad; garnish with cherry tomatoes and fresh parsley.
