Scalloped Tuna And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna
    1 c. thinly sliced onion
Preparation
    Peel potatoes, slice and boil in salted water for 10 minutes; drain.
    Melt butter in pan; blend with flour and seasonings.
    Add milk gradually and cook over low heat until thick and smooth. Arrange potatoes, tuna and onions in alternating layers in a greased casserole dish.
    Pour sauce all over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
