Holiday Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, peeled and cooked
    1/4 c. butter (room temperature)
    1/2 c. sour cream (room temperature)
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions (optional)
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1/2 c. milk (room temperature)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mash potatoes until there are no lumps.
    Add cream cheese and butter; beat well.
    Add sour cream, eggs, milk, salt and pepper; beat until fluffy.
    Place in a 9-inch casserole dish.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place potatoes in oven, uncovered, until lightly browned, about 45 minutes.
