Red Crest Tomato Aspic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, heated
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1 1/2 tsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot tomatoes.
    Add other ingredients; force through a sieve.
    Pour into individual molds or a flat dish.
    Just before it sets, shove a small ball of highly seasoned cream cheese into each serving.
