Chocolate Pound Cake(Homemade) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter or margarine
1/2 c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
6 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sweet milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Cream together butter and shortening; add sugar and eggs, one at a time.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to the first mixture.
Mix milk and vanilla flavoring together and add a little at a time with the flour.
Mix well and bake in a tube pan at 325\u00b0 for about 80 minutes.
Cool and add frosting if you like (optional).
