Mini Reubens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. corned beef, thin sliced
    1 lb. Swiss cheese, thin sliced
    4 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls
    1 lb. sauerkraut, drained
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
Preparation
    Mix sauerkraut and dressing in a bowl and put aside.
    Unroll crescent rolls as directed and place on cookie sheet.
    Cut corned beef into triangle shapes and place on crescent roll.
    Then cut Swiss cheese in triangles and place on top of corned beef.
    Put one tablespoon of dressing mixture on top of the Swiss cheese. Roll up crescent roll with this filling.
    Bake as directed on can. Serve when cooled.
