Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, minced
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small jar spaghetti sauce
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Prepare noodles (follow directions on the box), drain and rinse.
In a large skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic until brown.
Drain the fat and add the spaghetti sauce.
Let simmer.
