Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

40 oz. sweet potatoes, drained
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. Crisco
1 egg
vanilla flavoring to taste
2 1/2 or 3 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Form into biscuits.
Lightly grease pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Serve with butter and honey or butter and Cheddar cheese.
