Curried Scrod - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 tsp. honey
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of curry powder
    dash of salt and pepper
    12 oz. scrod fillets, 3/4-inch thick
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl.
    Place scrod in small casserole.
    Pour mustard mixture over fish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Broil for 2 minutes.
    Garnish with parsley.
