Spareribs And Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 yellow onions
    2 qt. sauerkraut
    2 small spareribs
Preparation
    Cut onions in half and place in casserole.
    Spread sauerkraut over onions.
    Place ribs on top.
    Brown in a 500\u00b0 oven.
    Reduce heat to 450\u00b0, cover tightly and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Yield: 6 servings.
