Cucumber Salad(Or Tomato Salad) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cucumbers or 4 tomatoes
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    salt and pepper
    dill
Preparation
    Peel and thinly slice cucumbers.
    Core seeds.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Mix white vinegar with water.
    Pour over sliced cucumbers (or tomatoes cut into thin wedges).
    Toss.
    Add vegetable oil; toss.
    Add pinch of dill.
    If desired, chopped Bermuda onion can be added.
