Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tsp. cornstarch
8 oz. clam juice
2 tsp. olive oil
1 lb. shrimp, peeled
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. white wine
pinch of thyme
1/4 tsp. lemon peel
1 c. sliced plum tomatoes

Preparation

Stir cornstarch into 1/4 cup clam juice in cup and set aside. Add shrimp, garlic, red pepper and salt.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes, until shrimp begins to turn pink.
Remove shrimp.
