Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 stalks or more celery
1 medium size onion
3 medium size potatoes, cut up
2 (10-inch) pans cornbread
sage to taste
salt and pepper to taste
turkey or chicken with broth
Preparation

Fry celery, onions, cut-up potatoes, sage, salt and pepper. Simmer 35 to 40 minutes.
Add broth as you are simmering.
