Cheese Cake Ii - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
9-inch graham cracker crust
Preparation

In large bowl mix gelatin and sugar; add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
With electric mixer, beat in cream cheese until smooth.
Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
Pour into prepared crust.
Chill until firm, at least 2 hours.
Top, if desired, with fresh fruit.
Serves 6.
