Sweet Potato Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 small can evaporated milk
    juice and grated rind of 1 orange
    1 small can coconut
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Boil potatoes.
    Peel and beat potatoes; mix with melted butter, sugar, eggs, milk, juice and grated rind of 1 orange. Beat with electric mixer until fluffy.
    Add coconut, marshmallows and nuts.
    Stir well with spoon.
    Pour into greased casserole and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
