Holiday Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 ounce) Bags of frozen baby peas
    1 pound of bacon (fried until brown and crisp)
    1 small red onion (diced)
    1 pound cheddar cheese (grated)
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Layer frozen peas, crumbled cooked bacon, chopped red onion, cheese and mayonnaise. Repeat three times and top with balance of cheddar cheese. Refrigerate till time to eat.
