Apple Yam Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (24 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, drained
1 (22 oz.) can apple pie filling
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/3 c. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Put yams in buttered 2 quart casserole.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over yams.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
