3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. Blue cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped green onions
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
