Quick Baked Pasta, Family Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
    3/4 c. marinara or spaghetti sauce
    3/4 c. brown gravy from can or jar
    1/2 c. half and half or whole milk
    1/4 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. rosemary
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 lb. dry penne pasta
    1 c. grated Mozzarella or Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Brown beef with oil and garlic; drain.
    Add all ingredients to beef except pasta and Mozzarella (or Swiss) cheese.
    Simmer while pasta cooks. Drain pasta.
    Mix in with sauce.
    Spread baking dish with vegetable spray.
    Pour mixture into dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for approximately 25 minutes.
