Chocolate Fudge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. soft margarine or butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
1 1/4 tsp. soda
1 1/4 c. ice water
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 (1 oz. sq.) unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream together the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy.
Beat 5 minutes at high speed on mixer.
Blend in cooled chocolate, then add flour, soda and salt mixture alternately with ice water.
Beat well after each addition.
Bake in 2 (9-inch) pans in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until done.
