Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
salt and pepper to taste
basil to taste (optional)
1 1/2 c. instant rice
Preparation

Mix soups (do not dilute) and spices.
Heat and take out 1 cup of mixture (for reserve).
Add instant rice to remaining mixture; bring to a boil.
Spread in a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish.
Place pieces of chicken breast on top and spread reserved cup of soup over top. Bake at 300\u00b0 for about two hours (or microwave chicken until almost done, then add to above for shorter cooking time).
