Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini squash
    1/4 c. oleomargarine
    1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    3 medium tomatoes, peeled and chunked
    1 can whole kernel corn
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown squash, onion and oregano in margarine.
    Add chopped tomatoes, corn, salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
